Getting your freedom piece can be the most exciting and overwhelming time. That is why we offer free consultations for you to have a look and feel of the wig and ask all your questions. We do consultations online and offline at your convenience. There are no silly questions in these consults.

Having had Alopecia myself, we truly understand the space you come from and are here for you patiently to ensure a smooth journey.

When you decide to place an order:

• We schedule a private consultation (in-person is necessary) to discuss your needs.

• At that meeting (or a subsequent one), a plaster cast will be taken off your head, and an order form specific to you will be filled in.

• These are sent to New Zealand, so a mould that duplicates your head shape and lets our team know exactly how you want your hair to be. 

• A clear plastic fit cap and hair sample of your selected hair will be sent to you. Once freedom manufacturing receives your approval, your new hair will go into production.

• When your Freedom Hair is ready, it comes in without any haircuts, like a blank canvas. Together, it is time to consult a hairstylist (we have that covered, too!). Our experienced hairstylist gives you a haircut (the whole salon experience!) to your liking and gives it that 100% natural look.

• We also support split payment plans spread over months to help you pay for your piece.
